Big month, Maya. Your average weight dropped again while your deadlift went up to 100 kg. In November we keep calories the same and add a short fourth session.

Guide

What to put in a monthly progress report

A good report fits on one page and takes your client two minutes to read. These five parts cover what clients care about.

1. One headline number

Use the average weight of the month, not a single weigh-in. Daily weight moves with water and salt, so averages show the real direction.

2. Consistency

Sessions done and check-ins answered. Clients who see their own consistency tend to protect it.

3. How they felt, compared with last month

Sleep, energy, stress and how well they followed the plan, each next to last month's score.

4. Their wins, in their own words

A first pull-up or a week without skipped meals. Quoting the client's own words makes the report feel personal.

5. A short note from you

Two or three sentences: what went well, and the one focus for next month.

Send it in the first days of the month

Same time every month. It becomes a moment clients look forward to, and a natural point to talk about renewing.
